Next Level Athletic Department

Bringing something new to the Shenandoah Valley…..

Next Level Athletic department is a rapidly growing business and it was time to make a change; Not only in facilities, but also in services. Owner, Mike Martin was looking to find a space not only to accommodate his training facility, but to add an indoor turf field. The turf gets used during the day to broaden his training techniques beyond the weight room and for an indoor soccer league in the evenings.

With the help of Rhodenizer Construction, he made this happen. Rhodenizer came in, demolished walls, added walls, prepped the facility to receive the new field, and updated the facility to pass all building codes. A new door was added, walls were painted and flooring was applied to give the outdated warehouse a fresh new look.

If you have an idea for your business, contact Rhodenizer Construction and we’ll help you turn your idea into a reality.

Plains Elementary School

Rhodenizer Construction recently finished a secure vestibule upgrade for Rockingham County Public Schools at Plains Elementary. We came in under budget and finished ahead of schedule.

The main portion of the project consisted of new entry doors and new vestibule doors, which limited the access to the school and made it

a lockdown facility.

We remodeled the main office, which consisted of new carpet, vinyl tile, rubber flooring, paint, acoustic ceilings, security cameras and an intercom linked directly to the vestibule. We also installed a new secure file storage room by building a CMU wall within an existing conference room.

This was just the facelift the office, entryway and storage room needed to make the school a safer and more aesthetically pleasing place.

Rocktown Family Dental Care

Rocktown Family Dental Care was a unique job for Rhodenizer Construction and the Harrisonburg area. By working alongside Dr. Joan Anderson and Patterson Dental in achieving their desire for an open floor plan and keeping cost to a minimum; Rhodenizer was able to accomplish their goals in a timely fashion while still delivering a quality product.

At the start of the project, an open floor plan for a dental office was a new trend. With the large amount of medical gas lines, air lines, electrical and data wiring that needed to be incorporated into each cabinet, chair and center console made it a challenge to keep an open feel to the office. By removing the concrete floor, trenches were dug and all of the pipes and wires were installed below the finished floor. By running the lines underground, it eliminated the need for bulkheads and created the wide open feel.

To complete a job that was unique, while satisfying the customer and achieving their goals is gratifying to Rhodenizer Construction.
